Job Description

Copilot Studio Developer

Experience: 4 years - 15 years

Work location: Chennai/Noida /Mumbai /Pune /Bangalore/Coimbatore /Ahmadabad

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days only

Must-have:

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and creating production agents
Deep Power Platform expertise: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and custom connectors
Proven integration experience via REST APIs, Azure Functions or Logic Apps
Experience with AI Builder, LLM concepts, prompt engineering and agentic AI patterns
Familiarity with Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI / Azure AI) and cloud design patterns
ALM/DevOps experience for Power Platform solutions
Experience in use of MCP servers with agents
Strong understanding of advanced AI concepts such as multi-agent workflows, reasoning and decision engines, and autonomous agent design.
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business users
