Copilot Studio Developer

Job Description: You will be responsible for developing custom copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, designing conversational flows, prompts, and adaptive cards for engaging user experiences. Additionally, you will connect copilots to enterprise data sources and implement Power Automate flows and connectors for backend processes. Fine-tuning prompts and responses for accuracy and relevance, leveraging generative AI capabilities, conducting functional and user acceptance testing, deploying copilots across various channels, ensuring compliance with organizational security and data governance policies, and implementing role-based access and monitoring are also part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Build and configure custom copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio - Design conversational flows, prompts, and adaptive cards - Connect copilots to enterprise data sources and implement Power Automate flows - Fine-tune prompts and responses, leverage generative AI capabilities - Conduct functional and user acceptance testing - Deploy copilots across various channels - Ensure compliance with organizational security and data governance policies - Implement role-based access and monitoring Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) - Strong understanding of Conversational AI, Prompt Engineering, and Generative AI concepts - Familiarity with Dataverse, Azure services, and API integrations - Proficiency in JSON, Adaptive Cards, and basic scripting (Power Fx or similar) - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Additional Company Details: Stratacent is a Global IT Consulting and Services firm with headquarters in Jersey City, NJ, and global delivery centers in Pune and Gurugram.
