Overview RSM is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Modern Work Engineer with a focus on Artificial Intelligence to join our Modern Work team, part of the MCI-Infrastructure organization. This role is pivotal in driving the implementation and optimization of AI-driven solutions within our organization. Primary Responsibilities Develop and implement AI-based solutions utilizing Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI. Design, develop, and maintain SPFx Web Parts for SharePoint. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows. Leverage C#, .NET, and SharePoint to create scalable and efficient applications. Implement and manage solutions using Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, and Adaptive Cards. Complete content migration initiatives ensuring data integrity and security. Understand third-party workflow tools to properly migrate workflows to Power Platform. Stay current with advancements in AI and related technologies to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Required Experience and Skills A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 6 months focused on AI technologies. Proficiency in Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI. Strong knowledge of SPFx Web Parts, C#, .NET, SharePoint, and Power Platform. Experience with Microsoft Teams, Content Migrations, and Adaptive Cards. Expertise in SQL Server. Deep understanding of third party workflow tools and task automation. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience configuring and customizing Copilot and Syntex. Experience with Graph Connectors and Copilot Studio integrations with LOB systems. Preferred Skills Experience with AI-driven business applications and solutions. Knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in Artificial Intelligence. Certification in relevant Microsoft technologies. Shift : 2PM to 11PM IST
