Role & Responsibilities

Financial Reporting Month-End Close Process

• Support month-end closing activities related to all Copack plants.
• Prepare Copack MIS reports for internal financial reviews.
• Create presentations (PPTs) for various business review meetings during the month.

Financial Evaluation

• Assist in developing long-term financial strategies for new copacking initiatives, including cost projections, ROI analysis, and financial feasibility assessments.
• Support procurement in contract negotiations to secure the most efficient costs from copackers and prepare proposals for senior management approval.
• Provide financial evaluation support, including cost benchmarking for new copackers and renewal of existing contracts.

Copacker Financials

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports for copackers, including detailed variance analysis.
• Support review processes and implement corrective actions based on monthly financial reviews.

Monthly Forecasting

• Support monthly forecasting activities for copacker results.
• Help ensure adherence to monthly forecasts through robust review mechanisms.

Copacker Productivity

• Drive productivity initiatives for copackers.
• Prepare productivity MIS reports to track performance against the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

OCF-CCC Support (Operating Cash Flow / Cash Conversion Cycle)

• Assist the FP&A team in preparing cash flow forecasts (AOP and quarterly).
• Support initiatives aimed at optimizing working capital within copacking operations.

Business Partnering & Backend Support

• Collaborate with copack plants and cross-functional teams to resolve operational and financial issues.
• Act as a business partner for operations, procurement, and supply chain teams by providing backend process support.
