Job Title: Academic Coordinator – Classes 9 & 10

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Academic Coordinator for Classes 9 and 10 to oversee academic planning, teacher coordination, and student performance. The coordinator will ensure smooth curriculum delivery as per CBSE guidelines and support teachers and students in achieving academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor syllabus completion, lesson plans, and academic progress in Classes 9 and 10.
• Coordinate with subject teachers for timely assessments, projects, and exams.
• Review and analyze student performance; implement improvement strategies.
• Facilitate parent-teacher communication and address academic concerns.
• Ensure adherence to CBSE curriculum and examination standards.
• Organize remedial classes, workshops, and academic events.
• Maintain academic records and provide regular reports to school management.

Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in any subject with B.Ed. (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience, preferably in CBSE schools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
