Coordinator(Female) - Primary and Middle

You will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operations of our CBSE school in DINDIGUL as a Female School Coordinator for primary and Middle. Your role will involve coordinating school events, parent-teacher conferences, and maintaining accurate student, staff, and school records. Communication with teachers, staff, and families to foster a collaborative and supportive school environment will be key. Additionally, you will manage the school budget, supervise administrative staff, and ensure school safety procedures are in place. Your qualifications should include a Masters degree in Education Administration or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in educational administration. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in educational software, curriculum development, conflict resolution, and problem-solving is required. You should have a commitment to educational excellence and equity, along with knowledge of school regulatory requirements and policies. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the school location in DINDIGUL.
