Coordinator Warehouse

As a warehouse coordinator at HARMAN Automotive, your role will involve managing daily outbound shift activities and arranging packaging material from vendors. You will collaborate with the Cross functional team to support the production plan and adhere to customer requirements. Reporting to the warehouse manager, you will have the opportunity to interact with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with CFT team to understand the requirement of packaging material to meet the production plan. - Coordinate with packaging suppliers for material follow-up. - Communicate with transporters to arrange vehicles on time and follow-up. - Ensure on-time delivery for new development parts by collaborating with the CFT team. - Handle outbound delivery & Tax invoice in SAP, ASN on various customer portals. Qualifications Required: - Clear understanding of Automotive industries supply chain. - 5 to 6 years of experience in Outbound Management. - Proficiency in SAP for Dispatch activity. - Good communication skills. - Proficient in Advanced excel and MS Office tools. Bonus Points: - Diploma / Degree (Preferably in Electronics). - Previous experience in Automotive electronic manufacturing companies. - Basic knowledge in outbound activities. - Experience in process optimization or any project.
