As a warehouse coordinator at HARMAN Automotive, you will be responsible for managing daily outbound shift activities and arranging packaging material from vendors. Your main role will involve collaborating with the Cross Functional Team (CFT) to support the production plan and ensure adherence to customer requirements. You will report directly to the warehouse manager. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with the CFT team to understand the requirement of packaging material to meet the production plan. - Coordinate with packaging suppliers for material follow-up. - Communicate with transporters to arrange vehicles on time and follow up on deliveries. - Ensure on-time delivery of new development parts by collaborating with the CFT team. - Handle outbound delivery & Tax invoice in SAP, ASN on various customer portals. Qualifications Required: - Clear understanding of Automotive industry supply chain. - 5 to 6 years of experience in Outbound Management. - Knowledge of SAP (Dispatch activity). - Good communication skills. - Proficiency in Advanced Excel and MS Office tools. Additional Details: - Good in communication (English, Hindi, and Marathi). - Diploma/Degree (Preferably in Electronics) is a bonus. - Previous experience in Automotive electronic manufacturing companies is a plus. - Basic knowledge in outbound activities and process optimization is beneficial.
