Coordinator Warehouse

Role Overview: As a warehouse coordinator at HARMAN Automotive, you will be responsible for managing daily outbound shift activities and arranging packaging material from vendors. Your collaboration with the Cross-functional team will be essential to support the production plan and adhere to customer requirements. Reporting to the warehouse manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with the Cross-functional team to understand the requirement of packaging material to meet the production plan. - Coordinate with packaging suppliers for material follow-up. - Communicate with transporters to arrange vehicles on time and ensure timely follow-up. - Collaborate with the Cross-functional team for on-time delivery of new development parts. - Handle outbound delivery & Tax invoice in SAP, ASN on various customer portals. Qualifications Required: - Clear understanding of Automotive industries" supply chain. - 5 to 6 years of experience in Outbound Management. - Proficiency in SAP for Dispatch activity. - Strong communication skills. - Proficient in Advanced Excel and MS Office tools.
