About The Role As a warehouse coordinator, you will manage daily outbound shift activities and arranging packaging material from vendor You will collaborate with the Cross functional team to support the production plan and adherence of customer requirements In this role, you will report to the warehouse manager What You Will Do Interact with CFT team to understand the requirement of packaging material to meet the production plan Interact with packaging supplier for material follow-up Interact with transporters for arranging vehicles on time and follow-up Interact with CFT team to on time delivery for new development parts Outbound delivery & Tax invoice in SAP, ASN on various customer portal What You Need To Be Successful Clear understanding of Automotive industries supply chain 5 to 6 Years Experience in Outbound Management Knowledge of SAP (Dispatch activity) Good communication skills Well versed in Advanced excel and MS office tools Bonus Points if You Have Diploma / Degree (Preferably in Electronics) Previous experience in Automotive electronic manufacturing companies Basic knowledge in outbound activities Process optimization or any project What Makes You Eligible [Indicate qualifications outside of experience and knowledge such as physical location, language fluency, or legal restrictions or anything that would disqualify a candidate Below are 5 examples of suggested content that can be revised based on specific eligibility qualifications Good in communication (English, Hindi and Marathi) What We Offer Flexible work environment, allowing for full-time remote work globally for positions that can be performed outside a HARMAN or customer location Access to employee discounts on world-class Harman and Samsung products (JBL, HARMAN Kardon, AKG, etc ) Extensive training opportunities through our own HARMAN University Competitive wellness benefits Be Brilliant employee recognition and rewards program An inclusive and diverse work environment that fosters and encourages professional and personal development
