### **Job Overview:**

We are looking for a motivated and organized School Coordinator to manage day-to-day administrative activities, support curriculum planning, and facilitate effective communication among staff, parents, and students. This role is ideal for a candidate who is passionate about creating a smooth operational environment within a school setting.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate and oversee daily school operations.

- Assist in the implementation of curriculum and training workshops.

- Maintain effective communication with parents, guardians, and staff.

- Organize school events, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences.

- Support administrative tasks such as record-keeping, attendance, and report generation.

- Work closely with teachers to monitor and support student progress.

### **Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or related field.

- Previous experience in a school or educational setting is preferred.

- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and maintain a positive environment.

- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
