Xpress Labels Pvt Ltd is looking for energetic team player who must be reliable and strive for superior quality in the products, services, and interaction with others. They should commit to continuous improvement through job ownership and pride themselves on speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Inspect Finished Products: Carefully examine items to ensure they meet our quality standards, checking for accuracy in design, color, and placement.

· Count and Verify Orders: Accurately count finished products to ensure orders are complete and ready for shipment.

· Support Production: Assist production workers by performing additional tasks, such as supplying materials and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

· Packaging: Package products carefully and efficiently, ensuring that each item is ready for safe transport to customers.

· Equipment Handling: Utilize tools and equipment safely and efficiently to support quality control and packaging tasks.

· Documentation: Record inspection results and report any defects or issues to the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure corrective actions are taken.

· Collaboration: Communicate effectively with production manager and team members to ensure a smooth workflow and maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Experience: Previous experience in quality control, inspection, or packaging roles is preferred but not required.

· Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify even the smallest imperfections.

· Communication: Strong verbal communication skills for effectively interacting with team members and supervisors.

· Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a commitment to quality.

Education : Diploma/Degree in Printing Technology is Preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
