Coordinator (NGO)

The Project Coordinator role at our NGO based in Shripur, Maharashtra requires a candidate with 3-5 years of experience to manage and coordinate project activities effectively. Your responsibilities will include planning, logistics, data management, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely implementation and quality delivery. You will be expected to ensure project targets are met within the specified timeline while maintaining training quality. This involves creating a training calendar in alignment with project goals, managing logistics for participants and visitors, and coordinating visit schedules for master trainers. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing project-related presentations, liaising with district-level health departments, and analyzing training data to assess knowledge improvement and retention. As the Project Coordinator, you will need to maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) for each training, prepare monthly progress reports, plan project launch events, and document activities through photographs and videos. Monitoring field activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and supporting the preparation of mid-line and end-line project reports are also key aspects of the role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and possess a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong computer proficiency and data analysis skills are essential for this role. Reliability in commuting or willingness to relocate to Shirpur, Maharashtra is preferred.
