Kotak Education Foundation works to empower individuals from underprivileged communities through education and skill development. We collaborate with schools to enhance teaching practices and leadership capacities, aiming for sustainable transformation in education.

Role Overview:

The Facilitator will deliver capacity-building sessions for school leaders and educators across multiple schools. The role involves facilitation, mentoring, reporting, and contributing to content improvement and professional development within the education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:1. Facilitation:

• Conduct engaging sessions in 7–8 tentatively schools annually.
• Deliver content designed to inspire change in educational thought and practice.
• Mentor and motivate school leaders to implement learning effectively.
• Conduct follow-ups and regular interactions to ensure practical application.
• Co-create and co-facilitate workshops, webinars, and virtual learning sessions.

2. Reporting:

• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Reporting Manager (RM).
• Manage and analyze data for program improvement and decision-making.

3. Training Review:

• Review session outcomes and share feedback with content design teams.
• Participate in periodic progress reviews with the RM.

4. Developmental:

• Stay updated on trends and developments in school education.
• Continuously upgrade facilitation and mentoring skills through self-learning.

Candidate Profile:

Education:

• Master’s in Psychology / Education / Human Development / Media Education

Experience:

• 2–5 years (experience in adult mentoring, counselling, or exposure to school systems preferred)

Skills:

• Strong English communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and virtual facilitation tools
• Excellent interpersonal, mentoring, and analytical skills

Attributes:

• Pleasant, firm, persuasive, patient, logical, and empathetic
• Strong listening and mentoring capabilities

Working Conditions: May involve travel to schools in challenging community areas between 8 AM – 7 PM.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 18 months
