Job Description

Position: Coordinator/ faculty UX/UI and Interaction Design

Coordinator UX/UI and Interaction Design

Key Responsibilities:

Lead academic planning, curriculum alignment, and student engagement activities
Teach core courses in UX research, UI design, interaction design, and prototyping
Guide students in real-world projects, internships, and portfolio development
Integrate software training into design pedagogy to meet current industry demands
Foster collaborations with industry partners and organize guest lectures/workshops
Support faculty development and academic operations of the program

Key Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Axure, and Webflow
Strong understanding of user research, information architecture, wireframing, and usability testing
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, responsive design, and basic front-end frameworks
Familiarity with interaction design for web, mobile, and emerging interfaces
Ability to manage teams, coordinate cross-functional activities, and mentor students effectively

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Interaction Design, Communication Design, HCI, or related field
5+ years of relevant academic/industry experience in UX/UI and interaction design
Strong portfolio showcasing UX processes, UI systems, and interactive prototypes
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
