Coordinator – Customer Relationship

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with department teams, vendors, and on-ground personnel to ensure smooth task execution.
  • Monitor daily operational updates through regular communication.
  • Collect and verify information shared by field resources and relay accurate updates to relevant departments.
  • Perform continuous follow-ups to track task progress, status, and issue resolution.
  • Identify concerns or deviations from field updates and escalate them appropriately.
  • Maintain daily coordination reports, activity logs, and tracking sheets.
  • Share management instructions clearly with field personnel and ensure proper understanding.
  • Support departments by clarifying task requirements and obtaining status updates.
  • Participate in daily briefings and share consolidated operational updates.
  • Assist in ensuring adherence to defined processes and operational discipline.
  • Carry out additional coordination and monitoring tasks assigned by management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
