JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF COORDINATOR CSR & MEDIA

Graduate, must have knowledge in Computer Basics (Word, Excel, Power point) with 4 years of experience in CSR activities in media and hospital industry

Duty Timing/ Hour
8hrs, to adjust leave or absence; for any emergency work timing can be extended as per requirement
Duties:
- To handle all
CSR activities
related to Hospital Staff Welfare Programme, Healthcare Programme, Charity & Social Awareness Programme, Other events
ofHospital, Media activities
- Shall coordinate and handle in absence of Coordinator – CSR & Media.
- Shall divide the entire programme’s responsibility with Coordinator – CSR & Media and cooperate, coordinate with each other to accomplish the entire department’s activity with TAT.
- Shall handle all documentation work of the CME & Health Checkup programme.
- Shall make all arrangements for
birthday celebration
of the following: (a) Birthday & Anniversary celebration of Board of Directors
(sending birthday wish through watsup, email and official message, arrangement of room for celebration, decoration of room, cake, bouquet, gift, invitation to staff) (b) Birthday celebration of MS, Consultant – Surgery & HOD – Pathology
(sending birthday wish through watsup, email and official message, arrangement of room for celebration, decoration of room, cake, bouquet, gift, invitation to staff) - Shall coordinate for
formation of CSR COMMITTEE
for every programme with approval of Board of Directors. - Shall
conduct a meeting
one month prior
to the event’s date for all outdoor and indoor programmes along with the committee member in the presence of Board of Directors. - Shall take all
approvals
from the Board of Directors related to the conduct of event, budget fixation, purchase of items, vendor fixation and invitee list immediately after the meeting. - Shall be responsible for
inviting the guest
and make personal visit on behalf of the company to invitee with proper invitation format
along withCoordinator – CSR & Media
. - Shall ensure all members involved in the event are doing their assignment as per their instruction
within TAT.
Maintain soft and hard copy
of every programme’s SOP
(includes budget, committee member’s name, coordinating organizer’s name, vendor list, F&B arrangements, programme schedule, invitee list, etc) for all programmes of Sparsh Hospitals under the guidance and supervision of the Board of Directors. All documents should be kept in CSR file with duly signed and also shall share the details also with Coordinator – CSR & Media.- Shall
maintain soft and hard copy
of every programme’s MOM
after completion of every event
for future reference and correction against any lapses happened in the event. All documents should be kept in CSR file with duly signed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
CSR ACTIVITIES:
- Shall ensure smooth execution of all CSR programmes.
- Shall make proper planning and coordination of all activities of the CSR programme before final execution.
- Shall coordinate with vendors in different category for completion of the CSR programme.
- Shall make all budgeting of the programme and get approval from HOD and management.
- Programme material designing and drafting.
- Designing e-invitation and banners.
- Print out of programme materials, invitations, banners, magazines.
MEETINGS:
- Attend daily meeting with HOD on SKYPE or Direct Meeting regarding CSR programme development status.
- Attend monthly review meeting with team, reporting head and Board of Directors in Corporate Office at the end of month.
- Attend other intra-department meetings as and when directed by management
TRAINING:
- Attend training on entire marketing procedure as and when conducted by HOD and management
OTHER ACTIVITIES:
- Be easily contactable, and able to reach promptly to hospital on emergency call.
- Discipline & Punctuality at work place.
- Shall have to handle any extra responsibility when assigned as per the discretion of the management’s requirement from time to time.
- To assist in different activities as and when directed by HOD or Management from time to time.
- Shall perform any other duties allotted by the reporting authorities as and when required
- Yearly appraisal and other benefits are linked with the performance as per the work assigned.
- Shall equally be responsible for the success or failure of all activities of the department as assigned from time to time.
REPORTS:
Send daily & monthly report to DGM – BD, CA & CSR. Send the following reports:
- Status of CSR programmes of the month with total expenditure and vendors contacted for the programme
- Coming Month’s CSR Activities List & Plan of Action
- CSR Budget
