Job Description: As a Cook / Chef, your role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting food items in alignment with the restaurant's standards. Your strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment are crucial for success. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and quality standards. - Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation of dishes. - Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen at all times, adhering to food safety regulations. - Assist in daily food preparation, including cutting, marination, and cooking. - Monitor stock levels, minimize waste, and promptly report shortages. - Support the Head Chef in menu planning and special promotions. - Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Qualifications & Skills: - Proven experience as a Cook / Chef (experience in Multi / Indian / tandoor / Chinese / Italian cuisine is preferred but not mandatory). - Knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen operations. - Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen environment. - Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
