About Us:
Cascade Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Cook/Chef who is skilled in North Indian, South Indian, and Chinese cuisines. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, maintaining hygiene, and delivering high-quality meals.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes including North Indian, South Indian, and Chinese.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained.
Plan menus and manage kitchen operations efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.
Manage inventory of ingredients and assist in procurement.
Ability to cook for small and large groups as per requirement.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a cook/chef (multi-cuisine).
Strong knowledge of Indian and Chinese cooking techniques.
Ability to work independently and manage kitchen duties.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Prior experience in restaurants, hotels, or corporate kitchens preferred.

What We Offer:

Salary up to ₹35,000/month.
