Cook/Chef

Position: Chef/ Cook & Server

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Cook / Chef / Server, to join our team at a small, privately run farm homestay located in a serene jungle setting near Bandhavgarh.

Key Responsibilities: Preparing homely, nutritious meals for residents and guests.

Ability to cook a variety of Indian dishes; knowledge of other cuisines is a plus

Assisting in meal planning, grocery management, and kitchen hygiene

Serving food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen

Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 2–3 years of prior experience working with a large family, homestay, or hotel (preferred)

Ability to read and write in basic Hindi or English (knowledge of additional Indian or Foreign languages will be an advantage)

Customer service orientation, flexibility, and willingness to adapt to varied guest needs

Accommodation & Benefits: Shared staff accommodation with private toilet, bath, and kitchenette provided

Additional Opportunity: We are also open to hiring a couple, with one person working as a Cook/Chef and the other as a Housekeeper/Cleaner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
