Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation:
  • Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menu plans.
  • Ensure high-quality food presentation and taste.
  • Kitchen Management:
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
  • Organize and manage inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
  • Ensure timely preparation and service of meals.
  • Health & Safety Compliance:
  • Adhere to food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices.
  • Ensure proper storage of food items to prevent spoilage.
  • Menu Planning (if required):
  • Assist in planning and updating menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Provide suggestions for improving menu options.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Train junior kitchen staff (if applicable).
