Job Description

Job Responsibilities:Prepare authentic South Indian dishes such as Idli, Dosa, Vada, Sambhar, Rasam, Pongal, Upma, etc. Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area. Handle cooking equipment and follow food safety standards. Manage daily kitchen inventory and report requirements. Maintain consistency in taste and presentation. Ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Innovate and introduce new variations or regional dishes when required. Key Skills Required:Expertise in South Indian cooking styles (Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra, Karnataka cuisines) Knowledge of spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques Good time management and multitasking skills Ability to work under pressure and in a team Understanding of hygiene and safety norms
