Coordinate with kitchen staff and support team for smooth operations. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook or Chef in a restaurant or hotel. Expertise in Indian or Chinese cuisine preferred. Should be disciplined, responsible, and punctual. Ability to work efficiently during busy hours. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Cook/Chef in food preparation and kitchen operations. Wash, clean, and cut vegetables and other ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and storage areas. Wash utensils, dishes, and kitchen equipment properly. Support the team during busy hours and follow instructions from the Chef. Requirements: No formal experience required; freshers can apply. Should be hardworking, responsible, and ready to learn. Must maintain cleanliness and discipline in the kitchen.
