Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Personnel to expand our bakery business through modern trade channels, retail tie-ups, and new business opportunities. The role involves managing key accounts, developing partnerships, and driving sales growth while ensuring strong brand visibility in the market. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities in modern trade, supermarkets, hotels, cafés, and corporate clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, category managers, distributors, and institutional clients. • Negotiate listings, shelf space, and promotional deals with modern trade outlets. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across B2B and retail channels. • Plan and execute promotions, sampling, and product placement strategies. • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to management. • Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and payment collection. • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates. • Support branding activities and ensure product visibility in modern trade outlets. • Represent the bakery at exhibitions, food fairs, and networking events. Qualifications & Skills • 2–4 years of experience in FMCG/F&B sales, preferably in bakery, confectionery, or packaged foods. • Strong knowledge of modern trade & institutional sales. • Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development. • Ability to work independently with a growth mindset. • Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Maintaining day to day Tally erp entries • Book keeping • Handling accounts of sister companies • Visiting site and gathering accounting information • Orchestrating Bank Reconciliation • Diligently handling Monthly Taxation TDS Return • Managing Petty Cash Effectively • Undertaking Sales & Purchase Entry • Prioritizing Payment Follow-ups and Dispatch Details • Consolidating Stock Report and Accounts Finalization • Processing Supplier Bill Passing and Cheque Preparations • Regulating Debit Credit Vouchers and Journal Vouchers • Maintaining Payroll sheet, Overtime sheet, and Leave record • Executing Preparation & Filing of Income Tax, Staff Profession Tax, and GST Return • Managing Tax base Program for Income Tax • Handling Vat Base Program for Sales Tax • Conducting Bank Audit, I. T. Audit, and Vat Audit • Administering work tasks and Attending Calls • Accomplishing other relevant accounting tasks efficiently
