About Us Hotel Shivam is a cozy 10-room guest house committed to providing comfortable and clean accommodations to our valued guests. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented housekeeping staff member to join our team and help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. ## Responsibilities - Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing bathrooms - Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and public restrooms - Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies in rooms - Properly handle and store cleaning equipment and supplies - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management - Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services - Assist in laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens - Maintain organized linen closets and supply areas - Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth hotel operations ## Qualifications - Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred - Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Good communication skills - Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 25 kg, bending, and standing for extended periods - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays - Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures ## What We Offer - Competitive salary commensurate with experience - Opportunities for growth and skill development - A friendly and supportive work environment
