Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies (mise en place). Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of all food items meet our standards before they are served. Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station, adhering to all FSSAI and food safety regulations. Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and placing orders for your station. Collaborate with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Assist in the development of new menu items and specials.
