Job Description

Cooking & Meal PreparationPrepare fresh, hygienic, and tasty meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Multi-cuisine cooking preferred: Indian, Asian, Continental, and Snacks. Ability to customise meals based on resident preferences and dietary needs. Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning. Manage special meals for guests, small gatherings, or weekend stays. Kitchen ManagementEnsure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. Proper handling and storage of ingredients. Maintain inventory and update daily grocery requirements. Plan menus and meals proactively. Shopping & CoordinationCoordinate with vendors for fresh produce (or accompany owner’s staff). Maintain cost-effective purchasing while ensuring quality. Track daily consumption and reduce wastage. General ResponsibilitiesMaintain professionalism, punctuality, and polite conduct. Ensure kitchen appliances, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and maintained. Prepare tea/coffee and quick snacks as required. Flexibility to work during weekends, festive seasons, or when guests stay over (with prior notice).
