Cook Assistant

• Assist in preparing and cooking North Indian and Kerala-style meals for factory staff.
• Support in cutting, chopping, cleaning, and other kitchen preparation work.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining area, and utensils.
• Assist in food serving and portion control as per mess guidelines.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and cooked food.
• Follow instructions from the head cook and management.
• Support in maintaining kitchen inventory and reporting shortages on time.

Requirements

• Prior experience in cooking/assisting in a mess, canteen, or restaurant preferred.
• Knowledge of both Kerala and North Indian cuisines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good hygiene practices and discipline in work.
• Team player with a cooperative attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
