to join our team for a high-impact banking project. This role goes beyond UX microcopy — you’ll design

human-like conversations

for AI-powered chatbots, ensuring clarity, empathy, and consistency across English and multiple Indian languages. Requirements Job Responsibilities:

  • Design conversational flows

  • Define tone of voice, style, and personality

  • AI engineers, designers, and translators

  • linguistic consistency

  • user research and interaction data


    • Ideal Profile:

  • Conversational Designer, UX Writer, or Dialogue Writer

  • chatbot/NLP platforms

  • tone of voice definition, style guides, and structured content systems

  • multilingual/multimarket projects

  • portfolio of conversation design work

  • A good quality laptop (i5 or above) and uninterrupted high-speed (broadband) internet
