Job Description

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the technical relationship with our largest advertising clients and product partners. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales, and Product Management to implement cutting-edge technologies for our external clients/partners. Your role will involve overseeing the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and product partnerships, from concept design and testing to data analysis and support. You will need to strike a balance between business objectives and technical constraints, developing innovative solutions and serving as a reliable partner and consultant to your stakeholders. Additionally, you will be involved in building tools, automating products, managing Google's partnerships, driving product strategy, and prioritizing projects and resources. Google Cloud is dedicated to helping organizations digitally transform their businesses by offering enterprise-grade solutions powered by Google's advanced technology, enabling developers to build more sustainably. Customers worldwide rely on Google Cloud to drive growth and address their most critical business challenges. Your responsibilities will include building virtual agent solutions using Google's core conversational AI platforms like Dialogflow. You will collaborate with customer technical leads, client executives, and partners to plan, execute, and deliver successful implementations of Contact Center AI solutions, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers. Working closely with sales, partners, and customer technical stakeholders, you will oversee project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks, and timelines to ensure successful client outcomes. By advocating for customer needs, you will help address adoption challenges and influence new feature development based on your field expertise. Moreover, you will be tasked with proposing solution architectures and overseeing the deployment of cloud-based virtual agent solutions tailored to complex customer requirements and industry best practices. This role will require approximately 30% travel for client engagements, where you will play a pivotal role in driving successful implementations and enhancing customer experiences through innovative AI solutions.,
