Controls Management- Associate

As an Associate in Corporate and Investment Banking Controls India - Central Controls Services (CCS) Solutions, you will have the opportunity to build your career in Controls within a leading global bank that values innovation and excellence. Your role will involve strategic thinking and driving solutions in Controls Monitoring, making a significant impact within the firm. In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring a diverse range of controls across various programs under the umbrella of Controls Monitoring. Your tasks will include ensuring compliance with firm-wide standards, policies, and regulatory requirements across different programs such as User Tool and Intelligent Solutions oversight and monitoring, as well as E-communication Surveillance and Retention. Collaboration with stakeholders and teams will be essential to ensure timely monitoring and reporting of processes, maintaining the highest quality of data. Key responsibilities will include maintaining the global inventory of user tools and intelligent solutions, developing and updating these solutions with proper documentation and evidence, and strengthening controls over solution management. You will also be responsible for maintaining the book of work inventory, verifying the utilization of BAU workflows, and conducting checks for data completeness and monitoring workflow/user tool warnings and errors. Additionally, you will participate in audit reviews to provide insights on workflow logic, data utilization, and implemented controls. To excel in this role, you should be proficient in MS Office applications, particularly with intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Strong expertise in Intelligent solutions, evidenced by certifications such as Alteryx Designer Core Certified and Tableau Data Analyst Certified, is required. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills are essential for managing stakeholder queries globally, and the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently will be beneficial. Preferred qualifications for this role include a bachelor's degree with 6+ years of financial services work experience, UiPath Automation Developer certification, and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint. Confidence in communicating with and influencing stakeholders will be an advantage in this role.,
