Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate transportation operations, ensuring the timely movement of

goods while proactively resolving logistical challenges.

Act as the central Control Tower, monitoring traffic patterns, detecting and preventing

disruptions, and ensuring quick response and recovery from operational setbacks.

Deploy and drive adoption of RoaDos Freight Operating System (FOS) across the

customers logistics network, enhancing digitalization and automation.

Track key supply chain metrics, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights for

stakeholders.

Develop performance dashboards and reports to provide leadership with real-time

visibility and decision-making support.

Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth platform

implementation, enhance user experience, and drive operational efficiency.

Continuously optimize processes by gathering feedback, refining reports, and improving

platform adoption across the network.

Requirements

Strong expertise in Traffic Management, Operations Coordination, and Supply Chain

Optimization.

Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with

customers and internal teams.

Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data analysis tools.

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Experience in deploying logistics technology solutions or working with Control Tower

functions is a plus.

A Bachelor&aposs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
