Expertise in Control-M: configurations, job creation, monitoring, troubleshooting.
Installation, configuration, upgrades, and management of Control-M across Prod, Pre-Prod, Dev, and QA environments.
Experience preparing environments including Control-M server builds.
Strong communication skills, with ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
Proven ability to enhance automation and improve operational efficiency.
