Job Description

Hiring: Finance Contract Finance & Negotiation (Finance & Accounting)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and respond to queries from service owners.
  • Manage contract renewals, new agreement execution, and vendor allocation.
  • Review supplier contracts such as SOW, MSA, License Agreements, Variation Agreements, CRs, SRBs, etc.
  • Add contract details in Master Contract Index (MCI) and manage approval workflows.
  • Prepare RDE (Macro-enabled Word Document) and execute contracts through customer tools.
  • Ensure proper signatures (Commercial Manager/POA) and share fully executed contracts with suppliers.
  • Maintain supplier databases in Excel/SharePoint.
  • Track annual contract renewals and send reminders to stakeholders.
  • Draft and process termination letters as needed.

Essential Requirements:

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate (any domain)
  • Strong experience in

    Contract Review & Management

  • Hands-on experience with

    DocuSign, SharePoint, Shared Mailbox handling

  • Good knowledge of

    Advanced Excel / Power BI
