Contracts Administrator

Job Description: As a Subcontract Administrator, you will be responsible for drafting and formulating subcontract documents, inviting bids/quotations from sub-contractors, preparing comparison statements, negotiating with sub-contractors, and finalizing rates. You will also be involved in the formulation and finalization of work orders for all subcontract works. Additionally, your role will include quantities take off, preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for Sub Contractors, and budget cost estimation for subcontractors and procurement. You will be required to prepare and submit variations for project works and follow up with consultants/clients for variation approvals (Engineers Instruction). Moreover, drafting and preparing all contractual letters with precision will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You should be specialized in correspondences related to claims/dispute occurrences and their resolution.
