Contract Reviewer

Role Overview: As a Contract Reviewer, your primary responsibility will be to review, draft, and manage contracts to ensure legal accuracy, compliance with GHG programs, and effective risk mitigation. This role requires strong legal knowledge, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: - Review and draft various contracts such as NDAs, vendor/client agreements, etc. - Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all contracts - Identify and mitigate contract risks to protect the company's interests - Negotiate terms with internal and external stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial agreements - Maintain a centralized contract database for easy access and reference Qualification Required: - Degree in Law, Business, or equivalent (Law degree or Paralegal certification preferred) - Contract drafting and legal analysis skills - Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GHG programs and Article 6.4 - Ability to assess and mitigate risks effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and contract management tools - Strong communication and organizational skills Additional Details: N/A,
