Contract Reviewer

You will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and managing contracts to ensure legal accuracy, compliance with GHG programs (e.g., Article 6.4), and effective risk mitigation. Your role will require strong legal knowledge, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: - Review and draft various contracts such as NDAs, vendor/client agreements, etc. - Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all contracts - Identify and mitigate potential contract risks - Negotiate contract terms with internal and external stakeholders - Maintain a centralized contract database to ensure easy access and organization Required Skills: - Proficiency in contract drafting and legal analysis - Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GHG programs and Article 6.4 - Ability to assess and mitigate risks effectively - Proficient in MS Office and contract management tools - Strong communication and organizational skills Education: Degree in Law, Business, or equivalent (Law degree or Paralegal certification preferred) Experience: 8-10 years Location: Pune, India If you have the required skills and experience, we welcome you to apply for the position of Contract Reviewer.,
