Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Design and develop performance test scripts using JMeter based on application requirements.
  • Execute and support performance test runs and provide in-depth analysis of results.
  • Work with Load Testing tools (preferably Load Ranger or similar) to validate system performance.
  • Monitor and tune application performance under various load conditions.
  • Write and maintain automation scripts using Shell or Perl for performance test environments.
  • Ensure alignment with the Definition of Done for performance testing tasks.
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to identify and fix performance issues.
  • Document findings and provide recommendations for performance improvements.


Must-Have Skills:


  • 7+ years of experience in Performance Testing & Engineering
  • Strong hands-on expertise with JMeter
  • Proficiency in Java
  • Experience with Shell scripting or Perl scripting
  • Familiarity with load testing tools and result interpretation
  • Excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning abilities
