Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Continental Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing and presenting a wide variety of continental dishes, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene. Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present a variety of continental dishes such as pasta, pizzas, salads, sandwiches, grills, and soups. Develop new recipes and menus in line with customer preferences and seasonal availability. Ensure consistency in food preparation, taste, and presentation. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen at all times. Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety and kitchen safety standards. Train and guide junior kitchen staff or commis chefs. Work with the management team to improve menu offerings and customer satisfaction. Minimize wastage and manage portion control effectively.
