Job Description

1. Beverage Preparation

Prepare hot and cold beverages such as tea, coffee, shakes, mojitos, and specialty drinks.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
Follow standard recipes and portion control for all beverages.

2. Basic Cooking & Food Preparation

Prepare simple dishes such as sandwiches, snacks, fries, breakfast items, and quick meals.
Assist in pre-preparation like chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients.
Ensure all items are cooked as per SOPs and brand standards.

3. Inventory & Stock Management

Keep track of beverage ingredients, raw materials, and kitchen supplies.
Inform management about low stock or requirements in advance.
Minimize wastage through proper storage and handling.

4. Hygiene & Cleanliness

Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, beverage counter, and utensils.
Follow food safety, hygiene standards, and sanitation guidelines.
Ensure proper handling of equipment, mixers, blenders, and stovetops.

5. Customer Service Support

Serve beverages and basic food items with proper presentation.
Handle customer requests politely when required.
Maintain speed and accuracy during rush hours.

6. Equipment Handling

Operate coffee machines, blenders, fryers, grills, and basic kitchen equipment safely.
Report any malfunctioning equipment immediately.

7. Coordination with Team

Work closely with kitchen staff, service staff, and management.
Assist in peak hours and maintain smooth workflow.
Support new staff during training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
