Job Description

Job Title: Continental Cook (with Chinese Cuisine Expertise) Location: Chandigarh Job Type: Full-Time Job Responsibilities :Prepare and cook a wide variety of continental dishes such as pasta, steaks, salads, sauces, soups, and grilled items. Handle Chinese food preparation including noodles, fried rice, starters, gravies, and sauces. Ensure all dishes are prepared with proper taste, consistency, and presentation standards. Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation practices as per company and regulatory standards. Assist in planning menus, portion control, and food cost management. Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies when necessary. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely operations.
