Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present a wide range of vegetarian continental dishes including: 🥗 Salads (Greek Salad, Caprese, Bruschetta) 🍝 Pasta & Pizza (Arrabbiata, Alfredo, Pesto, Margherita) 🥘 Mains (Ratatouille, Risotto, Stuffed Veggies, Lasagna) 🥖 Breads & Sides (Garlic Bread, Focaccia, Roasted Potatoes) 🍮 Desserts (Tiramisu, Panna Cotta, Chocolate Mousse) Innovate with recipes while maintaining authenticity and high-quality standards Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and consistency in taste & presentation Work with the team to plan menus and seasonal specials Requirements: Proven experience in vegetarian continental cuisine (restaurant, café, or hotel) Strong knowledge of sauces, herbs, baking, and presentation styles Creativity in vegetarian cooking and plating Culinary certification preferred but not mandatory Passion for food and ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment If you’re ready to delight food lovers with wholesome continental vegetarian flavors, we’d love to hear from you!
