Job Description

  • Food Preparation: Cook and plate continental dishes using various techniques (sautéing, grilling, roasting).
  • Menu & Quality: Design menus, ensure food quality, consistency, and visual appeal.
  • Kitchen Management: Oversee daily operations, maintain cleanliness, manage inventory, and control costs/waste.
  • Staff Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise junior chefs and kitchen team members.
  • Compliance: Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Innovation: Contribute new ideas for dishes and menu enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Culinary Training: Diploma/degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
  • Cuisine Knowledge: Strong grasp of European cooking methods, ingredients, and flavors.
  • Management: Inventory control, cost management, team leadership.
  • Soft Skills: Creativity, attention to detail, communication, ability to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Chef: 2 years (Preferred)
