About Us

We are one of Guwahati’s most happening nightlife destinations — a space where great food, music, and people come together. As we expand our culinary offerings, we’re looking for a creative and passionate Continental Chef Intern to help us develop a new Continental food menu for our club.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and curating a new Continental menu that fits our club’s ambiance and target audience.
• Experiment with recipes, plating, and presentation styles.
• Work closely with our F&B team to ensure taste consistency, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff on new recipes and preparation techniques.
• Stay updated with current Continental food trends and innovative dining concepts.

Requirements

• Culinary student or recent graduate with a focus on Continental cuisine.
• Strong passion for food innovation and presentation.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen management, food hygiene, and safety.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience (even academic or internship-based) in Continental cooking preferred.
