As we expand our culinary offerings, we’re looking for a creative and passionate Continental Chef Intern to help us develop a new Continental food menu for our club. Role & Responsibilities Assist in developing and curating a new Continental menu that fits our club’s ambiance and target audience. Experiment with recipes, plating, and presentation styles. Work closely with our F&B team to ensure taste consistency, quality, and cost efficiency . Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff on new recipes and preparation techniques. Stay updated with current Continental food trends and innovative dining concepts. Requirements Culinary student or recent graduate with a focus on Continental cuisine. Strong passion for food innovation and presentation. Basic knowledge of kitchen management, food hygiene, and safety. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience (even academic or internship-based) in Continental cooking preferred. What We Offer Opportunity to design a real-world menu for a leading Guwahati club.
