The Continental Chef de Partie (CDP) position at Kish Hospitality Consultant involves being responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of continental dishes at a boutique resort in Anjarle, Maharashtra. As a Chef de Partie, you will manage the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards and collaborating with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to maintain kitchen efficiency. Your role will include training junior staff, developing new menu items, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining food quality and portion sizes to control costs. Reporting to the Sous Chef, your key responsibilities will include overseeing kitchen operations, cooking dishes according to specifications, maintaining quality and safety standards, mentoring junior staff, collaborating on menu development, and ensuring timely ingredient reordering. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, 1-2 years of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a 5-star luxury hotel, strong culinary knowledge, excellent cooking skills, organizational abilities, and effective communication and leadership skills.
