Content Writer

Role & responsibilities

• Write clean, persuasive, and original content for social media captions, property descriptions, ads, landing pages, brochures, and walkthrough scripts

• Collaborate with the design and video teams to match copy with visuals in every post

• Research keywords and user behavior for SEO-friendly content across platforms

• Write YouTube titles, video descriptions, voiceover scripts, and CTAs

• Ensure consistent tone of voice across all platforms from premium and professional to emotionally engaging

• Create content calendars and manage publishing in coordination with the social media manager

• Rewrite and polish builder-provided data to create brand-consistent brochures and banners

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in content writing, preferably in real estate, architecture, lifestyle, or digital branding

• Must have excellent command of English grammar, clarity, and brand tone

• Able to write both professional and emotional branding copy

• Experience writing for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and website blogs

• Understanding of basic SEO practices and copywriting principles

• Ability to write quickly while maintaining quality

• Should enjoy writing about homes, lifestyle, interiors, and architecture

• Must be a team player who can take feedback and improve fast

• Bonus: If you can write in Hindi or Telugu as well (not mandatory)
