Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Write engaging copy for websites, landing pages, ads, email, social, blogs, and sales collateral that moves audiences to action.
Optimize copy for SEO (on-page best practices, intent-aligned keywords) and performance across platforms.
Create platform-native content for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and more.
This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the companys social media presence
Coordinate with different teams internally to ensure timely and effective delivery.
Planning how to put the strategies in action depending on the brand strategy, requirements and capability of the team.
Develop and execute strategies to improve ratings, reviews, and overall online reputation on platforms such as Google Business, Social platforms and other digital platforms etc.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer reviews, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive brand image.
