Social Media Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end management of all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)

• Build and execute a monthly content calendar focused on property promotions, lifestyle reels, and construction updates

• Work with the graphic designer, video editor, and content writer to ensure timely content production and posting

• Run organic and paid campaigns with the PPC specialist to drive lead generation and engagement

• Analyze post performance and generate weekly/monthly reports using tools like Meta Insights & YouTube Studio

• Stay updated with trends, hashtags, and real estate audience behavior

• Respond to DMs, comments, and lead inquiries in coordination with the sales team

• Plan creative campaigns around festivals, launches, milestone shoots, and team culture

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience

  managing social media for real estate, architecture, lifestyle, or service-based businesses
• Strong knowledge of

  Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Strategy

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and delivering daily outputs
• Must have

  hands-on knowledge of Canva or basic design tools

  for quick content fixes
• Experience with

  performance tracking, engagement growth, and post scheduling tools

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Bonus: Experience working with video teams and editing short-form clips is a plus
