Graphic Designer & Video Editor 2D / 3D

Role & responsibilities

• Design modern, brand-aligned graphics for social media (Instagram reels, stories, carousels, banners)

• Edit professional real estate videos walkthroughs, site visits, interviews, testimonials, etc.

• Add transitions, effects, text overlays, subtitles, speed ramps, voiceovers, and sound mixing

• Create 2D motion graphics for logo animation, explainer clips, and promotional assets

• 3D renders for property previews or branded elements (using SketchUp/Blender)

• Design high-quality brochures, thumbnails, WhatsApp creatives, and YouTube intros

• Maintain design consistency and creative standard across all touchpoints

• Coordinate closely with the videographer, content writer, and marketing team to meet daily deadlines

• Follow project pipelines, file-naming systems, and folder structures

• Stay up to date with design trends in real estate, luxury branding, and digital marketin

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in graphic design and video editing

• Must bring their own high-performance laptop (Minimum 16 GB RAM Adobe-ready)

• Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator

• Good knowledge of 2D motion graphics and 3D rendering tools (SketchUp / Blender)

• Should have prior experience working on real estate, architecture, or luxury/lifestyle brands

• Strong sense of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy

• Able to deliver high-quality content in tight timelines without compromising on creativity

• Must be highly disciplined, self-motivated, and open to feedback

• Portfolio submission is mandatory — applications without samples will be rejected

• Must be open to work from office, Hyderabad (this is not a remote role)
